What does my monthly subscription cost?
$11.99 for 4 bows (either on nylon or alligator clips) and $8.99 for the add on pig tail subscription.
When do I get billed for my subscription?
We bill on the 5th of every month.
What day do the items ship?
Bows will ship out on or around the 25th of the month and will ship out over a week. Arriving to you just in time for the new month!
What mail provider will the bows ship from?
How long does it take to get my items in the mail?We ship first class mail and that usually takes between 3-5 business days.
What is all included in my subscription?
Four bows on either nude nylon headbands or alligator clips. You also get access to our exclusive monthly add on bows in the Subscribers Shop.
Can I skip a month?
Yes you can. You need to log into your account and click on manage subscriptions. You can cancel your account and then resubscribe at a later date.
How do I cancel?
You need to log into your account and click on manage subscriptions. You can then select cancel. You need to cancel by the 3rd of the month so we don't get billed on the 5th. If you forget or don't do it in time, you will be billed on last time and get one last month of bows before your cancellation goes into effect. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed.
Can I order more than one subscription?
Yes, you can. You can order as many as you want.
Can I edit my subscription or change from nylon headbands to alligator clips?
You will need to log into your account and click in to the manage subscriptions. From there you can change up your order by clicking on the 'Edit' button to change the color of nylon or how you like your clips. To switch to a new subscription, please use the 'Swap' button. You can swap your current subscription for any of our others. Note- the changes will go into effect on the next billing cycle and order.
Can I return or exchange my bows?
We NO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Please verify your subscription and make any changes prior to the 4rd of the month as we don't make exceptions for returns.
What if I received damaged products?
In the event an item that is damaged slipped by us, we will offer a full replacement to you. Please contact us with 48 hours of delivery.
Where are your items made?
We have a few different ways we make our bows. The first is buying fabric from the US and making them here. I hand sew them and also source other women from my community in Arizona. We also out source as well from a manufacture in China that has ethical standards and great business procedures.
How do gifts work?
Gift subscriptions can be purchased and sent to the recipient in either 3, 6 or 12 months. You will be charged up front (including the shipping) and once the subscription is over, you will not be auto billed again.
I have a promo code, what do I do with it?All promo codes can be applied at checkout. We can't go back into an order an submit a code so make sure you use it at checkout.
